At Gera Fashion LLP, we value our customers and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Each saree, salwar suit, lehenga, and dupatta is carefully selected and checked before shipping, but if you are not happy with your order, our Return & Refund Policy is designed to make the process simple and transparent.

Products can only be returned if they are unused, unwashed, unaltered, and still in their original packaging with tags intact. Returns must be requested within seven days of receiving the order. Items purchased on sale, customized or tailored outfits, and certain intimate apparel are not eligible for return due to hygiene and personalization reasons.

Once our team reviews your request and approves it, you will be guided on how to send the product back to us. Please note that customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
