As most of these are handmade products, it is not possible to give exact dispatch time. Normally we ship the products within 3–5 working days (except given in product description) after receiving the confirmed payment through the applicable service as per your order.

For out of India shipments, dispatch time is normally 7–10 working days (except given in product description).
Due to corona restrictions or festive season, there may be exceptional delays in dispatch and delivery of parcels.

Order Cancellation / Returns Policy
If the order is cancelled, lost, or undelivered to your preferred location, we will issue a Gift Card (Exchange) for the complete order amount including shipping charges.
If you cancel part of the order, a Gift Card will be issued for the same amount.
If you return an order delivered to you, a Gift Card will be issued for the same amount.
No refunds will be issued.
Shipping Charges
We charge shipping as per the weight of the items.
Some items may have free shipping, while others may have shipping charges depending on the weight of the item.

Shipments are sent through the best available shipping mode at the time of dispatch.

Expedite Shipping Service
All orders above 5 kg are shipped through surface shipping service, whereas lighter weight articles are shipped through air mode.
Delivery usually takes 7 to 10 working days after shipping.
This service is traceable.
Delivery cannot be made to P.O. Box, APO, or FPO addresses.

Holiday Shipping & Delays
Holiday shipments may be delayed due to higher than normal shipping volumes experienced by courier services.

Order Processing
We endeavor to ship our products as soon as we receive your order.
For any given day’s order load, priority is given to orders that request expedited shipping services.
Normally these orders are processed within 3–5 business days of receipt if the order was placed before 12 Noon Eastern Time.
Delivery Check
Please check the boxes/packages carefully at the time of delivery.
If there is a difference in the actual weight and the weight mentioned on the airway bill, or if the box/package is torn, please request the courier representative to note the issue for further action.
Transit Liability
If products get damaged or lost during transit by the shipping company, GERA FASHION LLP cannot be held liable.
GERA FASHION LLP will not be responsible for delays, damage in transit, or any issues caused by courier companies.
Once the customer receives the product and acknowledges the delivery, it will be considered successful delivery, and the order cannot be returned as a bad delivery.
